It all Makes Sense, now!

Recently, I was talking with my bro about same ol' political stuff. In the world of politics, how can you discuss and not mention Bush? Now, I know I'm an ignoramous just like the other 95% of Americans out there when it comes to politics and world affairs, but I never knew the Bush family made money from oil. That's news to me. I knew they lived in Texas, but never knew they were a Texan oil family. But after hearing that, it all makes sense! The war in the Middle East, I mean. Dating all the way back to Bush Sr.

We all know that the ONLY reason why the U.S. has interest in the Middle East is because that's where the majority of the world's oil comes from. The U.S., as a political entity, couldn't give a rat's ass about freedom, equal rights, women's rights, etc in the Middle East or in any other part of the world for that matter. You never saw the U.S. declaring war on South Africa to end apartheid, or sent troops in to Japan to protect women's rights, or fought with China for the atrocities of the Chinese goverment against its own people during the Tianemen Square Massacre, right? Why? None of these nations control the majority of the world's oil production.

Now, we all make fun of the Bushes because they're bumbling idiots. They are dumb; but they are not so dumb. By declaring the war in Iraq under the facade of "freeing the oppressed" and "war on terrorism", the Bushes are in fact making themselves richer. How? Since this war on Iraq and Desert Storm, gas prices jumped because oil reserves were suddenly threatened. "There might not be enough oil because we're fighting with our major oil supplier, now. Better increase the prices because there might not be any left." That translates to more money for the Bushes since they're major investors in the oil industry. There was always the theory that Bush was helping out his buddies in the oil industry with this war, and the war 10 years ago. But I couldn't be absolutely certain about that. Now that I know Bush is an oil-money family, I'm certain.

Now, what confuses me is why does the Middle East and guys like bin Ladden continue to oppose the U.S. and the Bush family? Because by doing so, by continuing to fight with the U.S., they are in fact making the Bush family richer and more powerful. As the war continues, gas prices continue to increase and the Bushes make more money. By not fighting, the oil companies have no excuse to price-gouge and so prices would stay low, and Bush wouldn't be making as much. Unless...Bush was in league with these guys, asking them to intentionally create trouble and to fight and be relentless. That would give Bush the perfect reason to retaliate.

Okay, I think I've been watching waaaaay too much X-files.

???

Recently, I invited my family to take a look at my blog site's latest installment on the greatest political mind of our time. That included Mom, Gah, Goh, Wei, and Quinn. Not surprisingly, I haven't heard any response or feedback with the exception of....(drumroll, please)....Mom.

Mom replied to me, telling me a story about when I was about 3 years old I crapped in my pants at the store. Okay, I KNOW I'm not the most insightful person on the face of this planet, but I just can't see the connection between President Bush and crapping in my pants at the store when I was 3 years old. Following that was another story about a time when I threw a tantrum about not getting orange soda. Once again, I just fail to see the connection. Orange pop. Bush. Crapping in pants at 3. The closest connection I can make with those three things is.....the time when Bush Sr. went to Japan and puked all over the Japanese prime minister after eating sushi (good one, Georgie-boy! Lucky for you it wasn't the Emperor; he would have beheaded you. Don't they eat fish up in Maine?).

The Greatest Mind of Our TIme

No doubt about it; George Bush Jr. is one of the greatest presidents of our time. Not only is he one of the most intelligent presidents ever, but he has led the country with wisdom and intelligence. It's unfair that a small majority of the American public should unjustly criticize him without just cause. Not only that, but he is being unfairly evaluated. He's a good man, an honest man, and a Christian man. And he believes in God. To attest to his character and his faith, no other president would have the gaul to declare war and bomb an entire nation, trying to get one man when no one even really knew where he was for sure. That's guts. That's what America needs. We need to stop the terrorism in this country, and put an end to these cowardly acts of cowardice and violence in America and in this great country.

In addition, he's a family man, with good moral and family values. Again, he's being unfairly criticized for that. For example, he went on a month long vacation to his Texan ranch. He was spending time at home with his friends and family to relax. So what? That's what we all want to do. And he never allowed work or issues of the country to interfere with his family time. Even during the New Orleans issue, he still found time to stay a bit longer at home with his loved ones. That's a family man. That's what this country needs.

Oh sure, we all make mistakes from time to time. In addition, nobody is perfect. So what if he appointed a completely inexperienced person to the head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. It wasn't Bush's fault that the head of FEMA was slow to act, costing thousands of lives and billions in damage. That's the other guy's fault. Blame him, if anything. Bush was not in charge of FEMA, nor was he the leader of that organization. Bush was just as innocent as anyone else, and he is not responsible for that disaster. So if anything, you can't blame him.

Then there's the whole controversy about him cheating in his first presidential election. Nevermind the fact that the deciding state was governed by his brother and that several votes were "missing" that could have tipped the scales the other way. The point is he won a second term. Now what does that say about America and about Bush? It means he won fairly the first time, he really is a great president, and the American public recognize him for his great leadership and have rewarded him justly.

I'm proud that my tax dollars support him and his family, I'm proud that he is our president, and most of all I'm proud to be an American. Let freedom ring!
