Down with Miramax!!!

I'm all about spreading the word on Asian cinema. But does EVERY single quality movie that comes out of Asia have to be bought out by Miramax? First it was Shaolin Soccer, which they did a horrible job with. Then Hero, and now Infernal Affairs. Now this makes it damn inconvenient for me, as now I can't buy these movies from HK to show to my friends and family.
Oh yes, I knew about Hero back in December 2002 before it was first released in China and my mouth was watering for it! I was absolutely dying for the DVD to come out in HK and when it finally did, I bought copies for myself and friends and family. But since Miramax has come in and bought the rights to it, that's all gone. Pricks! Same thing happened with Shaolin Soccer and Infernal Affairs. Granted, it's not a total loss because I was able to snag those movies on DVD before Miramax bought the rights to it (HEAR THAT MIRAMAX???!!! I OWN COPIES OF THE MOVIES ALREADY!!! AND I'D RATHER WATCH IT ON MY TV THAN PAY YOU 10 BUCKS TO SEE IT IN THE THEATER! -OKAY, maybe I WOULD pay to see it on the big screen. But only once!). May all who work at Miramax burn in Eternal Hell. I'll see all you guys in hell!
